The feathers are sold in different metrics so some items are packed by the yard, some by the pound, and some by the unit. Each item has the approximate quantity in its description.

None of our products are returnable unless we send you the wrong color or style of the product that you purchased. After your order is received, shipments are typically made by USPS (national and international shipments) within 3-7 business days if it is a non-customized product or feathers. Customized products can take from 7 to 30 business days to be shipped depending on the product’s manufacturing process and availability of the materials. Please allow up to 5 additional days in transit for delivery if it is a national shipment and from 2 to 6 weeks if it is an international shipment. Shipments based on availability.

If you need your order earlier, please contact us or let us know by email to choose express mail as your shipping method. Express mail is the only method that is guaranteed by USPS to be on the exact date. All other methods have an estimated time of arrival.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Most countries require you to pay duties when you import feathers. All Custom Fees or Duty Taxes associated with the international purchase of feathers and feather products must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, Customs or Immigration can seize some product so it could cause a delay in delivery.

For orders with multiple products, we will try to ship all products contained at the same time. When a product is unavailable at the time of shipping, it will be sent as it becomes available unless you inform us otherwise.

All orders that are returned as undeliverable or returned to us, for reasons related to shipping, address issues, wrong address, and unaccepted orders will be charged a re-shipping fee.
